Our Spaces
We have a range of different event spaces that we can adapt to suit your needs and tastes.
We operate as a dry hire venue, which means that we offer blank canvas spaces. They are very versatile and are easily transformed into beautiful event spaces. We work with a fantastic group of approved suppliers. It is a requirement when hiring the venue that there is an event/production company on board to run the event.
The venue is widely accessible, with accessible toilet facilities, lifts, step-free access to rooms and wide doorways.
We offer three hire packages:
- Creation Studio hire
- Part venue hire (Creation Studio, Combustion Chamber, Courtyard and Lower Link studio)
- Full venue hire (all spaces)
A purpose-built rehearsal studio for circus, theatre and dance. Exceptional natural light is provided by the large windows.
The largest of the spaces, with pillarless construction creating unrestricted floor space with excellent sight lines.
The courtyard is an unusually large exterior space for Central London, making an attractive, self-contained area for events.
Ideal as a hospitality area for events in the Generating Chamber and Combustion Chamber, or as a breakout space.
A large space retaining the period industrial features of the building’s former life as a power station.
A medium sized space suitable for a variety of uses from a reception and meeting area, press suite or breakout space for larger hire events.
